Our Approach
A structured, compassionate process that meets each woman where she is and walks alongside her toward stability.
The D.I.A.R. Stability Pathway

Who We Serve
D.I.A.R. serves women age 18 and older who are experiencing instability, transition, barriers, or unmet needs that may interfere with their ability to achieve or maintain personal, family, economic, educational, or community stability.
- Willing to complete an initial assessment
- Willing to collaborate with D.I.A.R. staff to develop an individualized stabilization plan
- Willing to participate in appropriate follow-up
A few things to know:
- Eligibility for specific programs, financial assistance, benefits, and community resources may vary according to program requirements, funding restrictions, geographic limitations, household circumstances, income, and other applicable criteria.
- D.I.A.R. does not require every participant to meet the same needs or utilize the same programs.
- Each stabilization plan is individualized based on the woman’s circumstances, strengths, goals, and identified barriers.
Women may need support with:
Programs Are Building Blocks. Not Boxes.
We don't fit women into programs. We build programs around women. Each stabilization plan is individualized, flexible, and designed to evolve as her circumstances change and her goals grow.
