Who Qualifies
DIAR serves women age 18 and older who are experiencing instability, transition, barriers, or unmet needs that may interfere with their ability to achieve or maintain personal, family, economic, educational, or community stability. Participants must be willing to complete an initial assessment, collaborate with DIAR staff to develop an individualized stabilization plan, and participate in appropriate follow-up.
Eligibility for specific programs, financial assistance, benefits, and community resources may vary according to program requirements, funding restrictions, geographic limitations, household circumstances, income, and other applicable criteria. DIAR does not require every participant to meet the same needs or utilize the same programs. Each stabilization plan is individualized based on the woman's circumstances, strengths, goals, and identified barriers.
